PUNCH CLASS – oops, I left the February class off our schedule! Please note that there is a floral punch art class on Saturday, February 13th, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. The class is $30.00 but because of my booboo, we are reducing the price of the February 13th punch class to $22.00 for a savings of $8.00! The class is only open to the first 8 students so sign up now.
EXCITING NEWS…at least it’s exciting for us and we’re hoping it will be exciting for you! Stamping Fools now has its own stamp line called ----- wait for it----- Stamping Fools! The stamps are the cutest little girls, boys, and turtles, with some words, some great flowers/grass stamps (including Elena’s infamous “little grass with hearts” design). At this time, the stamps are available only as cling stamps – with deep etched red rubber and great cushion with cling on one side so you peel and stick them on acrylic blocks or glass (I’ve even used them with a drinking glass as the block – it works just fine and it was free!). And because they’re cling stamps, they are more economical (and easier to store) than wood mounted stamps. Come check them out at the store or on our website under “Stamping Fools’ stamps” at www.stampingfools.com . We will be adding more designs over this next month. If there’s an image you’ve wanted to see in a rubber stamp, let us know and we’ll see what we can do about adding them to our line of images! We will also be adding the stamps as wood mounted stamps soon.
NEW IN OUR STORE: “Ribbon Rings” to hold and organize all your ribbons in a small “neat” way that will keep your ribbons at easy reach; New 12x12 papers (pretty pretty); New Hero Arts stamps.
Also soon –to-be-in store: “SLICE” from Making Memories (very portable die cut machine that also embosses and draws); New Flower Soft toppers and “ultrafine” Flower Soft in new colors; great new stamps from Loreli (fun women that you’ll want to check out – see if you see yourself in one of these ladies!) and great glitters and stickers from Elizabeth Crafts (coolest thing we saw at CHA (check out Lynn’s classes for these new products); plus new hedgehogs and other stamps from Penny Black.
COPIC MARKERS: we’re now carrying over 70 colors of Copic CIAO Markers. One of the best things about Copic markers is their range of lighter colors. So even if you don’t want to invest in the “regular” colors because you already have markers you like, you might want to add a few of the light ones to expand or complete your existing set.
PASSPORT TO SAVINGS BOOKS: we’re still handing out Passport to Savings books which contain 2 coupons for each month of the year. Don’t forget to pick up your savings coupons soon!
FREQUENT STAMPER CARDS: If you haven’t been in our store this month you’re not aware that we have discontinued use of the Frequent Stamper Cards. You will still receive 10% off your day’s purchases if you take a class. Bring in the Frequent Stamper Cards that you had from last year and we will pro-rate the savings you earned and give you credit for it.
STORE HOURS/HOLIDAYS: Our store hours will remain the same – Closed Sunday and Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – open 10 – 5:30; Thursday – open 10-6:30; Saturday – open 10:00 – 5:00. There are no planned holiday closures for this period.
ELENA ALERT! Joyce is headed to Mardi Gras and Graceland next week. Elena and Nanzie will be available to help you at the store while she is gone (Elena in the mornings, Nanzie in the afternoons – Wednesday to Friday). As usual, Nanzie will be there morning and afternoon (and probably evening) on Tuesday. Come say HELLO!

The person who contributes the stamp line name that we choose will receive 5 free “Stamping Fools’ stamps” plus we’ll name a character after the winner!
